If you’ve been following on Instagram, then you know I’ve spent the last few days out west in San Francisco and Napa Valley, taking in the scene and drinking my weight in wine (not pictured).  If you’ve never had the pleasure of visiting San Francisco, add this must-see city to your bucket list immediately.  I wore this look for a little thrift shopping around the Mission District and a picnic in Dolores Park.  It was a picture perfect last day in a truly magical city.

Palm prints are a favorite of mine when it comes to home decor, so I was a complete sucker for these banana leaf printed pants.   Step up your menswear-inspired separates for spring in nostalgic palm prints and pinky hues.

A bit of history…the original Martinique wallpaper, made famous by the Beverly Hills Hotel, has been in production since the 40′s and still available today.  It’s perfect for dining and powder rooms!

This poncho is the result of taking cover in a vintage store from recent slush and snow flurries here in NYC.  I was wearing the yellow scarf when I purchased said poncho, and while ponchos are not usually my thing, it just went so perfectly together that I thought, why not?  While this poncho is a bit loud (even more so in person), I love its authentic, bohemian quality.  Try one of these vintage or new options for a similar statement, or raid your local vintage store and see what you discover…
